Twealth is committed to protecting your financial data and personal information.
Data Security
We use bank-level 256-bit encryption for all data transmission and storage. We maintain read-only access to your financial accounts through Plaid—we can never move your money.
What We Collect
Account information, financial transaction data (read-only), goals and preferences, usage analytics, and communications with our AI assistant.
AI Data Processing
When you use our AI assistant, your financial data (transaction history, account balances, savings goals, and debt information) is sent to the following third-party AI providers:
- OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini) — Primary AI model for financial advice
- Google (Gemini) — Fallback AI model when the primary service is unavailable
- Anthropic (Claude) — Advanced analysis for Pro-tier subscribers
All data is encrypted in transit. AI providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train models. You must provide explicit consent before any data is shared with AI services.
What We Never Do
- Sell your data to third parties
- Share your financial information without consent
- Move or transfer your money
- Store your bank login credentials
